Description

- 500g puff pastry
- 200g ground walnuts
- 150g sugar
- 100g butter
- 200ml milk
- 200g apricot jam
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g powdered sugar
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry into thin layers.
- Mix walnuts, sugar, butter, and milk to make the filling.
- Spread apricot jam on the first layer of pastry.
- Add the walnut filling on top.
- Cover with another layer of pastry.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and powdered sugar for the glaze.
- Spread the glaze over the cooled pastry.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Chill the pastry before baking for better texture.
- Use fresh walnuts for best flavor.
- Let the dessert cool before adding the glaze.
