- 100g sugar
- 1 egg
- 100g butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- Icing sugar (for decoration)

Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, butter, egg, honey, cinnamon, and ginger into a dough.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and cut into shapes.
- Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Cool the cookies completely.
- Decorate with icing sugar and food coloring.
