Description

A traditional Polish dessert made with poppy seeds.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g poppy seeds
  • 100g honey
  • 50g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100g flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grind the poppy seeds finely.
  2. Mix poppy seeds with honey and melted butter.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then stir in flour.
  4. Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  6. Roll the baked sheet while warm and let it cool.
