Description
A traditional Polish dessert made with poppy seeds.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g poppy seeds
- 100g honey
- 50g butter
- 1 egg
- 100g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grind the poppy seeds finely.
- Mix poppy seeds with honey and melted butter.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, then stir in flour.
- Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Roll the baked sheet while warm and let it cool.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served at room temperature.
