Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and pat them dry thoroughly.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring occasionally.
- If using, add coconut oil to the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, covering about half to two-thirds of the berry.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
- Let them cool until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
