- 1/2 cup rose jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.
- Whisk flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add eggs, butter, vanilla, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the pan. Spread rose jam evenly.
- Cover with remaining batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
