Description
A traditional Slovak cake served during First Communion celebrations.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g flour
- 300g sugar
- 250g butter
- 5 eggs
- 200ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add softened butter and eggs.
- Gradually pour in milk while mixing.
- Pour batter into greased cake pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Decorate with powdered sugar.
- Serve at room temperature.
