Description
A traditional cake for First Holy Communion celebrations.
Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and add milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before decorating.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Decorate with white icing for a traditional look.
