Ingredients

- 500g flour
- 250g butter
- 200g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200ml milk
- 200g ground walnuts
- 200g apricot jam
- 200g chocolate glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix flour, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, and baking powder into a dough.
- Divide dough into three equal parts.
- Roll out each part and bake separately for 15 minutes.
- Spread apricot jam between layers.
- Sprinkle ground walnuts on top.
- Cover with chocolate glaze.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature butter for easier mixing.
- Adjust sugar based on preference.
- Decorate with whipped cream or fresh fruit if desired.
