Ingredients

- 200g flour
- 150g sugar
- 100g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then top with whipped cream.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
