Description

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a circle.
  3. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and herbs on top.
  5. Fold the pastry inward to create a sun shape.
  6. Brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm.
