Description

Śledź pod Pierzynką is a traditional Polish herring dish layered with vegetables and mayonnaise.


Ingredients

  • 4 boiled eggs, sliced

Instructions

  2. Pat dry the fillets and slice them into small pieces.
  3. Layer onions, carrots, apples, and eggs in a dish.

  5. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
