- 125g fresh mozzarella
- 5–6 fresh basil leaves

- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Tear mozzarella into pieces and place on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Add fresh basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
- Slice and serve immediately.

- Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes before rolling.
