Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix quark cheese, butter, sugar, egg yolks, semolina, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold egg whites into the cheese mixture.
- Pour batter into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool in the oven with the door slightly open.
