- 500g chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Combine cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl.
- Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill to make the dressing.
- Add cooked chicken to the vegetables and toss gently.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese and drizzle with yogurt dressing.
Notes
- Let chicken rest before slicing for juicier results.
- Add olives or pita bread for extra flavor.
