Description

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Combine cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl.
  4. Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill to make the dressing.
  5. Add cooked chicken to the vegetables and toss gently.
  6. Top with crumbled feta cheese and drizzle with yogurt dressing.
