Description
A traditional Romanian salad made with boiled vegetables, meat, and mayonnaise.
Ingredients

- 500g beef (boiled and diced)
- 4 carrots (boiled and diced)
- 4 potatoes (boiled and diced)
- 2 pickles (diced)
- 1 cup peas (boiled)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the beef, carrots, and potatoes until tender.
- Dice the boiled beef, carrots, potatoes, and pickles.
- Mix all diced ingredients with peas in a large bowl.
- Add mayonnaise and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can use chicken instead of beef for a lighter version.
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of mustard to the mayonnaise.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
