Description

A refreshing and healthy fruit salad made with a variety of fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits as listed.
  2. Combine strawberries, pineapple, grapes, banana, apple, and orange in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the fruits.
  4. Toss gently to mix.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm fruits for best texture.
  • Add lemon juice to prevent browning of bananas and apples.
