- 500g chicken or pork gyros meat
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 50g black olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the gyros meat in a pan until fully done and slightly crispy.
- Combine cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and olives in a large bowl.
- Add the cooked gyros meat to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.

- You can use store-bought gyros meat or marinate your own.
- Add pita bread on the side for a complete meal.
- For extra freshness, sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.
