Ingredients
Scale
- 200g flour
- 100g grated cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50ml water
- 50ml oil
Instructions
- Mix flour, cheese, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
- Add water and oil, knead into a dough.
- Roll out the dough thinly.
- Cut into small circles or squares.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Use a sharp cutter for clean edges.
- Fry in small batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
