Description

Ingredients

  • 500g white fish fillets
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 cup water or fish stock

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  3. In a baking dish, layer onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and garlic.
  4. Place fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and add lemon slices.
  6. Pour water or fish stock into the dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with fresh herbs.
