Ingredients

- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a circle.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Whip the heavy cream until thick.
- Spread the cream over the cooled meringue.
- Top with berries and chocolate shavings.

- Ensure the bowl for egg whites is grease-free.
- Let the pavlova cool completely before adding toppings.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
