Description
A traditional Romanian Christmas appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g pork liver
- 200g bacon
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the onion and garlic finely.
- Fry the bacon until crispy.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pan.
- Cook the pork liver until browned.
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
- Season with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Serve chilled with bread.

- Best served cold.
- Can be stored for up to 3 days.
