Description

A traditional Romanian Christmas appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g pork liver
  • 200g bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
  2. Fry the bacon until crispy.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the pan.
  4. Cook the pork liver until browned.
  5. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
  6. Season with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve chilled with bread.
