Ingredients

  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Blanch spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  3. Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.
  6. Layer spinach and salmon on top.
  7. Roll the pastry tightly and seal the edges.
  8. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
