- 1kg pork loin
- 200g cabbage

Instructions
- Peel and boil the potatoes until soft.
- Season the pork loin with salt and pepper, then roast in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
- Shred the cabbage and sauté in butter until tender.
- Mash the boiled potatoes with butter and season to taste.
- Serve the pork loin with mashed potatoes and cabbage.

- You can add herbs like rosemary or thyme for extra flavor.
- Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
