- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Arrange bell peppers, mushrooms, red onions, black olives, and cherry tomatoes on the pizza.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle dried oregano.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh vegetables for the best flavor.
- You can add other toppings like spinach or artichokes.
- For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
