Instructions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead into a dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a circle.
- Place dough on a baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce evenly.
- Add cheese and toppings.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
