- 500g honey
- 500g flour
- 200g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100g butter
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Heat honey and butter in a pot until melted.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and spices in a bowl.
- Add honey mixture to dry ingredients and stir well.
- Beat eggs and fold into the batter.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container to keep fresh.
