Paszteciki z ciasta francuskiego are delicious Polish pastries made with puff pastry and a savory filling.

- 1 package puff pastry (500g)
- 200g ground meat (pork or beef)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent.
- Add ground meat, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can use ready-made puff pastry for convenience.
- Let the filling cool before placing it on the pastry.
