Description

Ingredients

  • 200g ground meat (pork or beef)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent.
  3. Add ground meat, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  7. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
