- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar.
- Mix flour, salt, egg, and yeast mixture.
- Knead until smooth, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough, cut into squares, and add filling.
- Fold and seal edges.
- Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.
