Description

Oua umplute is a traditional Romanian dish featuring boiled eggs stuffed with a flavorful mixture.


Ingredients

  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 50g butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs, peel them, and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, butter, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve chilled.
