- 100g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 50g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Cool the eggs, peel them, and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve chilled.
