Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, egg, and melted butter. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Combine poppy seeds, honey, raisins, and vanilla extract for the filling.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
