Ingredients
Scale
- 500g flour
- 10g yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 300ml warm water
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and oil. Knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Shape the dough and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place.
