- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and rub evenly.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and minced garlic on top.
- Arrange lemon slices on the salmon and sprinkle chopped dill.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute dill with parsley if preferred.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika.
- Ensure the salmon is fresh for best results.
