- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and rub it evenly.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
- Place lemon slices on top of the fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
Notes
- You can grill the salmon instead of baking for a smoky flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
