Ingredients

- 500g all-purpose flour
- 250g butter
- 200g powdered sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix flour, butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add egg yolks, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Knead into a dough.
- Roll out the dough to 5mm thickness.
- Cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- Decorate with icing or sprinkles if desired.
