Description
Łazanki z Kapustą is a traditional Polish dish combining pasta with sautéed cabbage and onions for a simple, hearty meal.
Ingredients

- 300g łazanki (or any small pasta)
- 500g white cabbage, shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat butter or oil in a large pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add shredded cabbage to the pan. Cook until softened, about 10 minutes.
- Mix cooked pasta with the cabbage and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can add smoked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
