Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion until translucent.
  2. Add garlic, cabbage, and mushrooms. Cook until soft.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Let the filling cool.
  4. Shape the filling into small cylinders.
  5. Dip each cylinder in flour, then beaten eggs, then breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving.
