Ingredients

Instructions

- Add milk, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Form small patties from the mixture and coat them lightly in flour.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm.
