Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Rinse carp pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Season fish with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Coat each piece in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
  4. Roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  5. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry carp pieces for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving.
