Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the duck legs with salt, pepper, paprika, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pan over medium heat.
- Sear the duck legs skin-side down for 5 minutes until golden.
- Flip the duck legs and transfer the pan to the oven.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
