A delicious Hungarian layered cake with honey-flavored cream filling.
Ingredients
Scale
- 250g flour
- 150g butter
- 100g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp honey
- 500ml milk
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix flour, butter, sugar, eggs, and honey to make dough
- Divide dough into 6 equal parts
- Bake each layer at 180°C for 10 minutes
- Cook milk with powdered sugar and vanilla to make cream
- Assemble cake by alternating baked layers with cream
- Chill for 4 hours before serving

- Let dough rest for 30 minutes before baking
- Cool layers completely before assembling
