- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Place the lobster in the boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the lobster and let it cool slightly.
- Melt butter in a small pan and add minced garlic.
- Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt to the butter mixture.
- Crack the lobster shell and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
