Ingredients

- 4 feuilles de brick (brick pastry sheets)
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cooked and chopped chicken or tuna (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or mint)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each feuille de brick sheet into 4 triangles.
- Place a small amount of cheese and optional protein on the wide end of each triangle.
- Sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the triangles tightly from the wide end to the tip.
- Brush each roll lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.

- Customize with other fillings like spinach or feta.
