Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  3. Add a layer of diced cucumber.
