Ingredients

- 500g quark (tvaroh)
- 100g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix quark, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add flour and baking powder, then stir until combined.
- Pour in melted butter and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh quark for the best texture.
- Adjust sugar to your taste.
- Serve with fresh fruit or jam if desired.
