- 1/3 cup of pine nuts
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the basil leaves.
- Add basil, Parmesan, olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with pasta or bread.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- You can substitute pine nuts with walnuts.
