Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet gelatin (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Heat cream and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Add bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour mixture into ramekins or molds.
- Chill for at least 4 hours until set.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream for best texture.
- Chill molds before pouring for smoother edges.
- Run a knife around edges before unmolding.
