- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and minced garlic evenly.
- Top with lemon slices and fresh dill.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute dill with parsley if preferred.
- Adjust baking time based on salmon thickness.
- For crispier skin, broil for the last 2 minutes.
