Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix shredded coconut and sugar in a bowl.
- Heat water in a pan until warm.
- Add vanilla extract and salt to the water.
- Combine the coconut mixture with the warm water.
- Stir well until fully blended.
- Shape into small balls or press into a tray.
- Let it cool before serving.
