Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwis, peaches)
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruits before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature ingredients for best results.
- Adjust sweetness based on fruit tartness.
