Description
Lángos is a traditional Hungarian deep-fried flatbread, crispy on the outside and soft inside. It’s often topped with garlic, sour cream, and cheese.

- 500g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 7g instant yeast
- 300ml lukewarm water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200ml sour cream
- 100g grated cheese
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add lukewarm water and knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into small portions and shape into flat rounds.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry each piece until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Rub with minced garlic, top with sour cream and cheese.
